Q) Low/ No sound comes out after connected to TV using ARC/ Optical (Common):

 

The issue may came from some Smart TV that the TV is not fully compatible with Dolby Atmos. So please click below link teaching you the quick audio setting fix for TV audio issue:

Q) Soundbar does not pair with rear speakers:

 

All sound bar has already been paired before packaging, and ready to go after turned on. However, the subwoofer and rear speakers may need to be re-linked to the sound bar if the red light on the back is blinking or no sound is coming from one of the speakers. Please try the below reconnect method to confirm?  To link all channels:

1. Long press the pair button on the back of two speakers and subwoofer for 3 seconds, then the red LED light will flash fast to enter PAIRING status. (Please try pressing the button on 3 speakers together or in close time)
2. Please long press the pause/play button on the remote control again, then the soundbar LED display will appear as “ PAIR.” The red LED light on the two satellite speakers and subwoofer will become solid red light which means that paring is successful. Please be patient, the process will take up to 1 minute.

Q) Why won’t my Bluetooth device connect to the sound bar?
- You have not enabled the Bluetooth feature on your device or the sound bar.
- The sound bar is connected to another Bluetooth device if LED display not flashing. Disconnect the
 connected device and try again.
- Long Press the “Pair” button on the remote, and restart the sound bar.
 
Q) Can I use my Tv remote with this system?


Yes, you can! The soundbar automatically connect to your TV remote when you connect the soundbar using HDMI ARC output.


Q) Is this compatible with Fire TV/ Firestick?
Yes, Plug the Fire TV to the TV. And connect the TV using any input mode. If using Optical or ARC.
 Please make sure you follow our manual setting.
 
Q) Remote not working.
1: Double check if the batteries are correctly installed in the battery slot.
 2: Replace two brand new AAA batteries.
 3: 3. Please try unplugging the sound bar and plug back in to restart the sound bar.

Q) Why the battery is not included?
The battery is not included due to Safety Regulation. We apologize for the inconvenience.
 
Q) How do you mount it on the wall?
For mounting our sound bar on the wall is very simple. Please find the mounting screw kit within our package. And simply measure and screw them on the wall. Finally, attach the back of the sound bar
to the mounted screw.
